Nero Delon Foster, has been a musician for 49 years and is a native of Houston, Texas. He now resides in the city of Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Tanya. He is an accomplished singer, songwriter, musician, arranger, producer, choir and music director. In March 2018 Nero teamed up with 3-time Grammy Award winner Norman Hutchins to release his new single “I’ve Been Redeemed” produced by Chip Dixon whose producer credits include Marvin Sapp, Dark Child, Sean Combs of Bad Boy Entertainment and Bishop William Murphy III. In April 2016 Nero recorded his 6 th recording “Breathe Again” and from that recording the single “Nobody” saw radio play on 55 stations nationwide. In February 2011 Nero released his fourth solo project entitled “Rain on Us Live,” released on the Marvelous Joy Ministries Productions label and in August 2008
released number three “The Heart of The Minstrel.”
 
Nero’s list of accomplishments include: in 1993, Central Texas Music Awards, awarded him “Most Inspirational Instrumentalist”, and “Best New Artist of the Year” and Houston base Pearl Records awarded him “Most Inspirational Artist”, “Most Outstanding Artist”, and “Most Outstanding Musician” in 1996. In 2000 and 2001 Nero toured Berlin, Germany, Vienna, Austria, Frankfurt, Germany and Munich, Germany as music director and bass guitarist for the internationally known Voices of
Gospel. In November 2003 Nero wrote and produced the Inspiring Temple of Praise Singers Live CD and DVD recording under the pasturage of Bishop Reginald D. Jordan! In January of 2004 Nero’s song He Replaced Me was selected in the final 25 songs for the 2005 recording of the Dallas Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America at their Annual Composer Workshop!  

 

Nero has shared the stage with artists such as: Norman Hutchins, Bishop Cortez Vaughn, Kirk Franklin, Dr. Bobby Jones, Uncle Reece, Dorinda Clark Cole, Vashawn Mitchell, Dottie Peoples, John P. Kee, and Earnest Pugh.
